NEW
OPERATIONAL PLANS FOR THE YEAR 2004
We will continue to meet the first Saturday of every month
for an informal Breakfast and social hour at 9:30am. We
hope you will look forward to getting together with all
your relatives and share thoughts, information, and laughs.
We
will currently plan on having two large events each year;
the Menendez Birthday Luncheon and St. Augustine's Birthday
celebration. Also sponsored, will be two scheduled speaker
forums each year, which will be open to the public.
We will send out four in-depth, newsletters each year
with historical information and new discoveries instead
of the current monthly issues. There will not be any monthly
notice of meetings unless plans are changed. It is important
that you post the Calendar of Events to your personal
calendar.
We
feel these adjustments will be helpful in bringing our
members a more meaningful experience and provide activities
that will cater to a diverse group of interest.
